This Post is random bits about fitness you feel like bragging about, joking about, sharing ect.I often go through phases, where I'm a like an obsessive-compulsive exerciser! I'll be eating anything good that comes into sight, then 1 minute later I'll walk out the door and jump on my bike for 30 minutes lol. I used to bodybuild excessively to the point where I was losing all fat deposits and slightly losing muscle too. At least I'm pretty sure I did. at one point I estimated an average of about 1 hour and 45 minutes or even 2 hours of exercise. Including at least 30 minutes of cardio. But now I'v sorta hit rock-bottom lol. I feel worthless as hell and careless too. But whatever I'm sure life well work its way out. It always does... Even if it seems impossible for things to change for the better, it still does, wether it takes a month or year. People still care so chances are I'll have changes for the better sometime soon.

I like to run a lot. It helps me think about things , and get things out of me by running faster. My family thinks that it is insane, that I love it so much. I think you should start again if you haven't. It makes you feel better in more than one way.
