Ok everyone, I'm taking a break for a while. The coalition BS is clogging up a lot of the boards, and most topics (at least the ones I'm interested in) have been polarized or stifled. To much grandiose writing makes for good propaganda, but horrible debate. I'll stop back every once in a while untill things cool down.

I agree with confetti on this one. In particular their manner of writing has made me suspicious. In particular I just think the coalition is a group of friends who set out to intentionally rile up people. I honestly believe in a lot of cases they are intentionally talking out of their ***** just to get a rise out of the people on these boards. This assumption is why I will from this point on no longer respond to any of their posts. If they truly do believe in their actions on these boards, quite frankly it doesn’t make a difference because there is no point in debating with people who act in such manner.
I have said my piece on the coalition and that is all I have to say on them from now on.

Don't worry, no one is leaving for good. If they're a regular poster now, eventually they will check back when things have blown over. This happened a long time ago also. Right when all the newbies started streaming into the boards due to massive advertisement. Granted, I don't think the boards were exactly the same after that. That was the begining of all the "preps vs. goths" and "OMG my BF dumped me" threads. Before that it was a much more solid site. But it survived. And this is a much lesser threat in my opinion.

Don't worry about the survival of the boards.
