I've got multiple friends who are strict vegetarians, i admire them. So, it is safe. I could never do it, live without my extremely big and fat bacon cheeseburger with like a 5 days serving of fat. Well, c'mon... sometimes i've just gotta splurge

and working on going vegan. and no you dont get the vitimins and **** you need from meat, but you can buy vitamins from the health food store for that. just make sure you do or you can get real sick. good luck. oh and make sure your doing it for the right reasons, not just cause its what every one is doing.

i tried being vegetarian. i failed.
it's a worthy pursuit, though. just make sure you get enough protein and stuff. it can be very healthy, because you're cutting out a lot of cholesterol. but you need to make sure that you also get enough of the nutrients you lose from not eating meat. talk to your doctor about it.
what level are you planning on going to? (semi, vegan, etc.)
