Life blows. I always hear my friends talking about how sweet their boyfriends are. I am 15 and have never had a boyfriend. Recently I told the guy that I like (a 14 year old) that I like him. We were getting to be pretty good friends before hand and now we don't talk. I have tried mentioning the subject to him when we're online, but he'll just ignore me or sign off. I can talk about regular things to him but any time I mention the note that I gave him to tell him that I like him he'll walk away or turn around. It makes me so angry and sad and depresse. My cousin and I have recently been talking a lot about suicide. Last night I went to this thing at my friends church called V-show. They have it every year and this year's theme was reality. One of the skits showed two girls that ended up committing suicide (no they aren't really dead) I started to think about it more. For some odd unexplainable reason, maybe god was trying to send me a message, my mom started talking to me about suicide on the way home. She said "I know things may seem really terrible and a lot of people think suicide is the only way out, but it's not." I was very close to tears but I tried to refrain. It just really got me thinking about how much people matter to me! I love ya'll!!

i do think she did the right thing. i have done something that your friend has done before. i talked to my mom about something bad my friend was doing to herself. well she was hurting herself too.
a while back i did cut myself also. then i found out i had depression and got help. now i am not any more.
after i let my friend know that i talked to my mom she told me i had no right telling because i did it once too. and that it wasnt my thing to tell.
from your point of view i can see why you think your friend was wrong.
from your friends point i can understand why she told. your friend cares about your and dosent want anything bad to happen.
so talk to your friend and talk to an adult you trust about what is going on.
if you like my advice or hate it this is my view. i only try to help.

i think it could be a good thing but i know from experience that people finding out about it can also be a bad thing. i stopped telling my friends that i cut b/c they always freak out. it's easier to keep it hidden now too b/c it's winter here so i have to wear long sleeves. i still have marks left from the last time i cut, they're really faint but you can see them still.

i cut myself yesterday after school and my friend goes and tells do you think it was good that she told or do you think she shouldn't have done that??

What is that supposed to mean? It's not just the guy troubles either though. Everything has been going wrong lately and I hardly ever get sleep. I don't eat a lot, and when I do I eat like crazy. My family is f-ed up and my friends love to pile their trouble onto me. Plus, I'm failing three classes, doesn't really help my chances of getting into Clemson.

i've been dealing with depression for 3 years now WITHOUT the pills and everyday its like a struggle to not hang myself.....but do you think anyone of my friends cares.........but only adam does..............

For once i agree with karategirl!

your mom is right,sometimes life gets tough and very sucky, but if you stick with it you get to see the goods things in life. You have to deal with some bad crap to realize what is really good in life.
As for the guy thing, sometimes that can be over rated...you'll find a good guy when you least exspect it prolly.
So please look on the bright side and try to enjoy life, don't resort to suicide.

i am going though the same thing. well not over a guy. by the way do worry about a guy. when the time is right you will have a boyfriend. i have been really sad for a really long time. now i am 14 and last mothers day i got in my 2 car crash. fist time the car whent down a ditch. ( no one was baddly hurt) second time my sister was driving and we got hit on my side. luckly every one in the cars walked away from the crash. but a few days after it i was still crying and my mom was asking what was wrong. i kept telling her nothing but i new what it was. when i told her i was "iching" (as i like to put it) with sharp tools. she talk to a DR. and now i am on anti-depressents. so i dont know if any one cares but if you have any questions or need advice i can help. so if you ont care sorry for takeing up your time.

You're life isn't worth some jerk who's afraid of a relationship. They aren't worth your time if they won't even so much as glance at you(if that's true.) I mean, why waste your time going out with a guy that you know is going to hurt you or do something wrong? Just wait...he'll come. i promise.

dude, i know the exact feeling!!!!!!!! I might be like so new yet i have threatened to commit suicide before. Belive me you do not want to do anything like it. Once you start you will start getting all of these talks from people and someone might even go to the principal. then it really sux. Belive me. It really sux when u don't have a dude yet, brave through it dude!!!!!!
