I read in a book <because I'm a geek like that> that in L.A. and other big cities that at local drug store there are "tongue scrapers" for sale. A TONGUE SCRAPER! Brushing my teeth is bad enough.

I brush my teeth, wash my face, etc. before I go to bed. It's a ritual, but it's a pain in the rear because I always go to bed first and THEN remember to do it, so I have to get out of bed all over again. And by the time I get back in bed I'm awake again...

Yeah. I know. I've had to be in church every day this week. You'd start to go crazy too.

Well, not a travel toothbrush. Just one that goes most everywhere with me. As for why, it's because I hate having bad breath. You never know when you may have an impromptu make-out session with some random guy. I don't really know. That, and it's cool. quote: Except I never floss, too much of a hassle.
Ugh. I hate flossing, but I do it anyways.

Ain't nothing wrong with good oral hygiene. Except I never floss, too much of a hassle.

uptown, you have a travel toothbrush? why? but i guess that would be asking why i carry all my notebooks, pens, pencils, erashers, and spell check with me. dwm, why do you do that?
am i talking to myself on the internet? *shakes head and calls myself a loser*
i brush my teeth twice a day. if youre lucky. and once a day. if youre lucky. i brush them every morning... night before i go to bed.

Well, my backpack pretty much goes everywhere I go. To work, to school, on trips, everywhere. So I guess I sort of do.
I love my "travel" toothbrush. I got it in Europe. It's white, with a blue grip, and it says "World's Greatest Lover" in white. I bought fifteen of them, and kept five for myself, and gave away the rest as gifts. They were cheap, and too cool to pass by.

Hehe. I just had a convo at lunch today about people who are obsessive with their oral hygiene, and I told my friend that I know 2 people who carry a toothbrush everywhere they went. Do you carry your toothbrush everywhere, or just to school?

Brushing your teeth makes them all nice and pretty. And scraping your tongue helps ensure good breath and prevents bacteria from building up in your mouth. Plus, who likes all that white gunk on your tongue....ewww.....

Are you saying that you don't enjoy good oral hygine? Fine, go ahead, rot your teeth out. But that's gross. I'm an almost obsessive tooth brusher. I have a tooth brush in my backpack in case I need to brush them at school, for some strange reason.

here's an experiment: Run one of your nails down your tongue if it looks whitish. Scream. Wash hands and immediately purchase scraper.
