Extinction of Volcanoes
They were to sit, with each individual in his location, doing his job on his table. From time to time, they were to leave their posts to make swift visits to each other, braking work monotony. Then they return back to their jobs active and energetic, after getting rid of fatigue and boredom. Their relationship was an example, for those who new them and those who did not. Until the case has reached envying from those around them, because they did not imagine that one day that friendship would dissolve and erode.

Despite everything their relationship was not solid and strong, to stand in front of time shakes and volcanoes. Because the brother whom the story about, has some hidden goals and objectives, which were not appearing on the surface easily. It was like a subsided fire under ashes, once its ashes been removed its heat emerged, and its flames intensified. Despite his attempts to suppress and silence it, it came out from his mouth, and through his actions, like uncontrollable words and involuntarily movements. They have observed and felt it, emerging in the form of orders and forbids.

Sometimes it has erupted in them psychological problems, causing devastating hurricanes, translated for its cruelty as a blatant interference where he did not belong, and overruling the powers and the posts of the others. Even with his attempts to pack it with friendly tones, that it was a brotherly assistance, love and dedication to work, and fear from the Lord of the World's questioning. They reluctantly overlook them, and avoid seeing them, fearing from personal clashes and eruptions.

One day the management has decided to move him to the main office, to use his help in another business. With an emphasis on the word moved, he was neither given a promotion, nor an increase in his salary due to it! Despite the absence of any of the mentioned incentives, he uncovered his jaws and his reality appeared, which he was trying to conceal in the past!

He has fallen at the first test! When a personal ad for the employer was to be published, he has asked them to search for it, even though they were not under his supervision! Beside this project was not directly related to their work, which they are given their salaries for. Despite everything, they have taken it as a brotherly – friendly - and an assistant mater, and went on searching and looking for it seriously and on daily basis. But that did not please or convince him, because they did not succeed in finding that announcement, which was not put in its usual place.

With his knowledge, that the ad was not in the section reserved for it, and it was the mistake of the newspaper. He has continued issuing orders to them, trying to penalize them! Wearing the jacket of a harsh and radical administrator, who never hesitates and does not forgive any mistake, whatever its size. He has issued an order, to send the newspaper after reading it, to the location where he is, in order for the employer to look at it. With their definite knowledge, and during the long period they have been on the job, the employer did not ask for it, or have seen it at all. Also he has issued a further decision, not to take the newspaper out off the work site.

When they did not comply with his orders, and did not respond to his requests, he has asked them to call the employer directly! In order to take the deterrent and repressive decisions, directly from him! The employer could not fight or oppose them, because their cause was stronger. They have told him very strongly when he asked them: Why do you keep the newspaper with you, when you are not reading?! According to our work, we must read the newspaper on a daily basis, so we have issued a request to subscribe to it?! He could not reply, and quickly hanged up the phone.

From that day on, their relation has been cut off, and him being in the other end of the work site, has helped to increase that rupture. As if the whole situation was an extinct volcano, did not take long to breath out what was in its bottom, when it found something to move and erupt it. Even if it happened and he visited their place, anguish and pain still in them, as a result of what he did. In the absence of a real work relationship between the tow parties, made his passage unwelcome, and friendly. And if it happened and he greeted them, no one would reply, although they knew that saluting is desirable and response is a must. The mater needs time not too short, for the wounds to heal and go away, and the pain to be forgotten and relieved by time.
