Hi! I was thinking about starting a community service project helping AIDS orphans in Thailand because when I was at camp I had seen this movie about AIDS in Thailand. The stigma surround the disease made her family disown her and told her never to come back because they would lose face. Anyways, I was just feeling a little discouraged when my friend told me he wouldn't want to help me because there is AIDS in America. Is there any advice so that I could get past some of these discouraging remarks and obstacles? And also, post any fundraising ideas.
