do many of you volunteer in your local communities, and townships?

That's great. I want to find out more ways i can get involved in my community. I dont want to just sit on teh sidelines if i can be playing the game. I want to make a difference. Anyone have any ideas?

you can always try volunteering at your local elementary school or middle school if your old enough. i tutor at my local elementary school with some of my friends and its lots of fun! you should try it

go to your local police station. They will probably have some opportunities for you to volunteer. Also go to your hostpital and nursing homes. Try holding a city-wide cloth or food drive for the needy. Also check at the food banks in your town. They are almost always needing volunteers. I'm glad you are interested in helping other people out
