I read "To Kill a Mocking Bird" years ago... but I think i liked it.
Anywho... 1) "Contact" by Carl Sagan (most beautiful and inspiring book ever written) 2) "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley (more fun sci-fi, but like Contact, great moral undertones) 3)"The Great Gatsby" by Fitzgerald (so much fun to read)

I didn't know you were a lesbian.
Anyways, my favorite books were the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and the Second Summer of the Sisterhood.

Harry Potter was mentioned, but it was a few pages back. To Kill A Mockingbird was actually pretty good. It was a little boring at the beginning but then got better.

DUDE! No one said Harry Potter! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? Another thing... 'Deamcatcher' and 'Pet Cemetery' by Mr.King where really cool.. I laughed when the mom died. 'Cause I knew she'd be back. 'Ya Know? And 'To Kill A Mocking Bird.' Was really kinda.. bad. -_- Yeah. - IR Anti-Social

I don't have a favorite, but I've read some pretty good ones. Some of my favorites are The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (Tolkien), The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (Ann Brashers), The Second Summer of the Sisterhood (Ann Brashers), Night (Elie Weisle - spelling ), and Speak. Those are some GREAT books. Evy

The book This Pen for Hire (by Laura Levine) was really funny mystery. Then the book Silent Night (by Mary Higgins Clark) was really good, and touching.

ICELAND "House On Mango Street" is a good book, I totally forgot about it. Has anyone ever read "A Child Called It?" (Dave Pelzer) "Close To You" (Mary Jane Clark)Or "Daddy's Little Girl" (Mary Huggins Clark)? Such good authors and books. -Sunset
