For the most part i am in charge of my life. I can say yes i want this or no i don't want that, and what have you,but when it comes to hanging out or situations that i have been faced with that my mother has gone through and doesn't want me to go through the same thing, she will say no or yes, depending on the situation. Other then that its me that makes my decisions.

My mom and I control my life. I'm allowed to do anything i want when it comes to getting something pierced,but if i was going to a party where there was beer, she wouldnt let me out of the house. I'm really thankful for that too.

But the government controls everything I do except pick out my bedtime, and even then its reccomended that I get eight hours of sleep a night. Even so, the only true laws I live by are gods laws, everything else I do just to stay out of jail.
well I said I am in charge of my life. The only reason why I am in charge of my life is because I was abused as a child and I have been to many foster homes in the past 8 years. So pretty much the families let me do what I want.
I'm not going to get religious or anything like that. But I would have to say that God allowed, and blessed me that I could be incharge of my life. And always make good, and self satisfying decisions. I happy to be able to stand by every decision I make, and speak-up for every word that I say. When I was younger, more shallow, and naive, I would have to say that people bigger, and more in authority that I was, were incharged of my life. But know that I have matured I'am able to say that God blessed me to be incharge, and not naive.

Hardly proves god, you didn't mention much specifics. Was this man seeing a doctor, was he really injured because there are people who fake it. Even if Science at this point couldn't fully explain it, this does not prove the existence of god; you are playing on a false dichotomy, like most creationists.

In what sense do you mean you met Jesus? If you say he spoke to you, you wouldn't be the first crazy to say so.

I'll take you up on this debate, prove the factuality of god to me, I believe science is the tool to explain everything in the universe, I believe in evolution and the big bang. Let’s see you’re proof of god.
You seem convinced that God does not exist yet I knew a man personally who had a back injury that left his legs crippled so that he could not walk for ten years and he was miraculously healed and now he can walk and do everything just like normal! Praise the Lord!
Also I was on the worst road, doing awful things that I won't discuss and I met Jesus for real, and he saved me from myself, and now people see me and would never know that I had had so many problems.
And if you want to discuss factually, Ahem...I need to know what you believ, like evolution... or Atheism or whatever it is, if you want to know if God is real why don't you go find out, you probably haven't ever experienced God if you think he doesn't exist.

I am in charge of my life and so is everybody else...some people just think that someone else is....Everyone has a right to control their lives but people just put people in charge of their lives. God...I think don't control peoples lives God...just influence people's choices. Parents may hold the law in their house hold but they can't control how someone feels or acts....People choose their own choices....and by doing that the control themselves.
me, but G-d and other people affect my life. I consider different options when making choices whether I came up with them or someone else did and I make the right decision for me. I think it's important to be independent and ultimately in charge of your own life but I also believe you shouldn't disregard other people's opinions or suggestions.

Who is to say God is in charge of your life? He is not a physical person-or being. He is an illusion in your mind and thoughts. Your parents are the only ones in charge of your life until you are of age-period!
I think that God should be the one in charge of your life, he is mine, but I also think that you should obey your parents unless they tell you to do something that is morally, or lawfully wrong. I mean come on! how much life experience do they out distance you by?! like duh! Besides God has commanded you to obey your parents, so If you claim to be a christian, and don't obey your parents, then you are pretty much a liar.
Also, if anyone wants to start a debate between me and them about God, like, Is there a God? Is evolution science or religeon? If there is a God who is he?
but I want to keep this strictly on a facts basis, I will add like verses from the bible in the debate, but I don't want a bunch of philisophical mumbo jumbo stuff. If anyone wants to, email me and will set up a debate with the site.
My parents pretty much control my life because I can make little decisions like what to wear and what do do in my spare time, and whether to study for tests and stuff like that but my parents decide where I go to school, where I live, what I eat (in general) and all the major issues like that. Plus if I don't know what to do I usually ask my parents anyway.
