Eh. I can't stand the Band here. For some reason, the choir and orchestra are always in Band's shadow although Band doesn't win many competitions and Band is in debt.

Dorkestra is the best. I love my violin (even though I'm playing the viola, too). Wonderfulness, it is.

I'm alto and I'm learning to play the bass, well i'm gonna start soon anyways!

My band director used to borrow my clarinet, play it, and then give it back with spit all over it. No disinfectant, no nothing. *shudders* I'm glad I play piano now.

Band is awesome, for those of you who've never been in band, don't knock it if you don't know it.

Band's one of the most casual and relaxed classes ever. No homework, no tests, just making music. People in my band don't even raise their hands, you just talk whenever you want to, the teacher's cool with it, and there ain't many things that can take the place of playin an awesome sounding song with 60 other kids all playin the same song. And pulling off a really fast really long part with a bunch of other people, very cool. Music is awesome, making the music yourself is better, and it's not being played through a headphone, it's being played all around you.

From what I remember of band, it sucked. Except for making fun of the girl who played bassoon. That was fun. But the rest of it sucked.
