Question:
When you see a man on the sidewalk leaning down over a woman lying with her head over her face. The only movement is her chest rising and falling.

Choices:
Pretend not to notice as you rush past them.
Stop and just make sure that everybody's okay, then leave.
Faint in suprise.
Check on them, and stay until help arrives.
Just stare...as a crowd of people come over to just watch. Nobody's doing anything, you don't want to be the one that has to.

ShadesofGray, I've heard that you're more likely to act when others are around (contrary to popular belief). I guess nobody will know until it happens to them.

You know, if they're were other people on the sidewalk, you'd probaly avoid the situation, if it was only you, you'd go do something. Thats what i think. I've learned about situation like these before, when no one helps cause other people don't. I guess we all think that someone else will help not us. Diffused responsibility you know. Like there are 10 other people on the sidewalk, the chance of one persons helping is 1/10 or 10%. If it was only you it would be 100%.

Ask if they need help. Probably stay until help arrives.
