I've realized over the last few months that a lot of people out there say they want to help this, help that, fix this, and fix that, but no one really does much. It seems that all there is is talk, and no action. People say they want to help the environment and then sit there waiting for it to be fixed. Have any of you been seeing the same thing? Or is it just me? Ideas?

yes i do agree. its quite a common phenomenon. almost all people do that. some make communities and other things on the web but rarely do anything really. i mean we have to go out there and do something. talkin abt it alone wont help.

I agree. I live in a place that doesn't offer much. I mean no place to recycle at, nothing like that. So, I have been online everyday finding sites that you can join and take action to save the planet. My mother and I take shoping bags that are biodegradable with us when we do our shopping. We actually were getting yelled at by the lady behind us. We did self-check out because we thought it would be easier. Well she yelled at us so i looked at her and asked "what kind of world do you want your daughter to grow up in?" She said a nice one that doesn't have people that hold up lines" I looked at her and said "well if you keep up we wont be able to help make sure that that world is still here". Any who. You can talk about saving the planet, but you cant wait for it to happen. If you want to help but dont know how, get online. It is a great way!

I'm new at this so mind my mistakes. I totally know what you mean. I see it all the time, even with schools. People help out for one day and then think that everyone else in the world will fix the rest. ~kittkattbar
