Intentional death by cop is considered suicide, so it's fair to say that's what you were attempting.

Anyways, I don't know enough about you to try and talk you out of killing yourself, but even so, I'm sure there's something you've got to live for. There's always someone who would be negatively affected by your death, so consider that. Just a thought.

i dont think wut i did is considered attempted suicide but i purposely got into a shootout with a cop.although i was unsuccessful i still managed to be shot.only in the leg though.

i have tried to commit suicide and propably will try again.most people think im a saitenist but im actualy not.although u could im obsessed with death

Suicide is an interesting topic...especially teen suicide...I think it's sad that so many teens consider it and just think about it. I'm sure a lot of people have at least once. The sad part of it is that they're in a rut and usually it's not forever. They just need a friend and a shoulder to lean on and some help and we can all get through it. :-)

It's not something you can try, you either get it right and end of story, or you don't and you get put in a psychiatric hospital. Neither of the possibility's is appealing so take care of her if you're really serious on this.

Cutting and suicide are two different things. Somebody can cut and not in anyway be suicidal. If you are concerned that your friend is suicidal talk to her about it. If you are still concerned talk to an adult, suicide is a serious issue and if somebody is suicidal they need help.

my friend just told me that she had been cutting herself and that she had told our best friend and another one. we had been fighting and this was all news to me. i can't believe that its happened, we always said that was sooo stupid and she was always sooo happy. i just want to know what is the possibility that she would try suicide. she said she won't start again and i sent her a few websites when i was finished crying. i'm worried she's like my sister and i want her to be okay. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea i tried commiting suicide once and now everyone watches me like a dog!!! They look at me like u tried killing someone!! but ive gotten on with it and over it and trued moving on and i have decided i dont want to commit suicicde and have tried my damndest to stop cutting. Suicide is a serious subject that everyone should know about but only to help those whom neeed help! and people whom need help need to realize they need help!! To get help.

Jacob even said that he wanted to...blow himself up with dynamite and blow himself to smithereens. I wondered why he would want to do something like that, and I was too scared to tell anyone.
