Oh yeah! I used to play that, except we called it "Heads Up Seven Up".

We always played it in school.

Seven people are chosen to stand in front of the class. The rest of the class puts their heads down on their desks, and leaves a thumb up. The seven people go around and each push one person's thumb down. They all go back to the front of the room, and call out, "Heads up! Seven up!". The seven students with their thumbs pressed down stand up, and each have one guess to figure out who pushed their thumb down. If they guess correctly, they become a thumb-pusher-downer, and the person standing up goes to sit back down with the rest of the class. If they guess incorrectly, they remain seated, and the other person stays up as a thumb-pusher for another round. Then the game repeats with the new set of thumb-pushers.

I did my best explaining it. It's fun. Really, it is.
