I've been here for quite some time now and I have said a lot of things on these posts. Now I would like to know: What do you think of me as a person? This is not an ego thing, I just want to know how well I am presenting myself to others. Be honest, I really want to know. Thank you.

Well, maybe you gave the wrong impression to me. I just don't like it when people are hyper-concerned about themselves and what others think of them.

since i'm new to this site, this is the first post of yours and it makes me think you are a very down to earth persone who is not afraid to stand up for themselves even if they stand alone.

Well, I haven't gotton to know you personally, but I've seen a lot of your posts, and you seem pretty nice. And well spoken.

I am not self-absorbed at all! But I do worry about what other people think about me. I feel I need approval, I guess. And I do try to think before I speak. I have learned that if you don't think before you open your mouth get in trouble and/or you could hurt someone. I feel uptowngirl had gotten the wrong impression of me but I did ask for honesty.

That makes it sound like everything you say is carefully thought out to give a predetermined impression...

You only have 183 posts. You've been on here for less than two months. That really isn't a lot of time to get to know someone.

But from this one post, I can tell that you're highly absorbed in yourself, constantly concerned about what others think of you, and have no sense of your own individuality.

Gee, don't all post at once. Doesn't anybody wanna take a stab at this one?
