My school has assigned me a project on downloading music. And i have to get diffrent point of views. And so i hope u can help me . jUST GIVE ME an opinion if you would like about what u think about the topic. Like u thnk it is dumb to sue 12 yr old for songs.

okay, if u download like 10 trillion songs a day and burn and sell cds to everyone thats one thing, but, i mean, its not fair if i was sued for my...what is it...lemme go check... 770 songs and 12 cds, when my friend with over 3,000 songs and those guys on the street selling the cds get off without even gettin in trouble. i would buy cds if they were cheaper and they had more songs that i like, but i always seem 2 end up with the 20$ cds that im really excited about till i op4en them up and realise that i donly like 2 of the 20 songs, and u cant return them once u've opened them.
and, as poncho says, its ok if u download thosebillion dollar stars's songs, but not the bands who don't have any money.

I think it depends on who you're downloading. If it's someone from a huge, major label, I say pirate to your heart's content, but if I catch you downloading some struggling indy band I will punch you.

And suing kids is just stupid. It won't stop people, just make them not share assloads.
