It was a few years ago and I was living a great life in Kentucky. I was healthy, smart, just plain out me.Till my mom said I was moving to Arkansas with she ad her boyfriend that week. Once we moved I had to live with her B-Friends parents to stead. Trust me they were not nice people. So after $months of see no family and my mom once a week I went under major depresion. Not long aftre that I began eating less and less. Till I lost 25 pounds.

I highly suggest finding a good therapist. And if you go to one and they tell you It’s just a phase, get out of their office as fast as you can. I’ve had two very good friends go through eating disorders: both got help and one is recovered (as much as one can be) and the other one is improving.

I wish you the best of luck and I hope you can get all the help you need.

It's really up to you whether or not you let this eating disorder continue. No matter how bad things can be, you're the only one with the power to change yourself.

I know it sounds cliché, but it's true.

The more you know, the less you don't know.
