Not really happy now, but going to swim practice, then football practice and expecting a phone call from a good friend tonight when I get home that wants to cheer me up. So I'll get there, and be happy. Oh well, school doesn't start till thursday for me.

The classes I have seem very easy. Psych involves little to no actual thinking, as the discussion section will almost give away the answers to all test questions and we're guaranteed a C- if we do short paragraphs about our class lectures every week. Economics is supposedly one of the easiest curriculums on campus. My smaller class (called a seminar) is almost all discussion and a few papers because it's another psych/sociology type course. And my writing class is just like the writing workshop class in high school and we're guaranteed a B if we put effort into the class. And the last two classes have no formal finals.
I hung out and had a movie day with my friend yesterday. Talking to my 2 best friends in the world and also listening to good music and i have an awesome voicemail from a friend on my cell.

My work availability changes as of today to like, 12 hours a week. So much more of what I'm working on (once school starts) will involve my brain.
I mean, that's pretty much why I was all, "yay, youthnoise!" this summer. Because my thinking centers were curled into little balls and crying from all the mindless work and relaxation I've been up to this summer. Not that I won't stay here once school starts, of course.
Work is out, swim season started and I am getting back into shape. My boyfriend is home, my best friend is home from college for the weekend and my "brother" is home from his vacation. The burns I got last night aren't actually that bad and swim hasn't killed me yet. It's been a weird week, so things are just looking up.

I go up north tomorrow to see some of my family and a few of my cousins before they are off to college and their own lives. Plus swim season starts monday.....so I can officially have no life starting then.

I'm happy because today I leave for a ten day vacation to San Diego!! I get to go on this trip because my dad atold me if I kept up my grades in high school I could look at colleges in Cal between junior and senior years. Well.. not to brag but i'm feeling really good because I have a 4.0 GPA. I can't wait to go shopping, see my family and friends, and meet really hot guys,oh and see colleges.
