Exile to Hell Hard working and persevering employees, always look for progress, development, and improvement for the better. Either they look for a better salary, or better position and benefits. Because he had the position and privileges he has wished for, so he went looking for the better salary he aspired to. He has moved with the better salary to another company, to a new field of work, and to a different post other than what had before. Moved to improve his living status, and give his family a wider area of comfortable living.
He has continued working, with the same old spirit, with the same old ambition, and future vision. A young man in his early days, active and energetic, what do you expect from him other than that?! A soft and fresh plant, looking for water, air and light to grow, flourish and spread, like the surrounding old trees! But those old aged trees, did not like the presence of that soft lenient plant to be among them! Were not his hard working and eagerness that disturbed them - but that made them very happy with an active employee carrying lots of work loads - can be exploited to their benefit. But what was disturbing them, is his argument with his superiors, to take his right according to the policy in practice.
But that policy in practice was unpracticed, and accepts folding - rolling - modification - and recycling. Not accepting folding - rolling - modification - and recycling. Subject to the case of that employee, and how close and far he is from his boss. According to the mood of his superior, on that particular day - in that month – at that hour of the day. Since he was a trouble maker, producing confusion in the work atmosphere, and work system, after all those warnings given to him, to reduce his not straight behavior, un identical to the ideas of those perennial trees. His superiors could not get hold and control him; to reduce his un accepted bold resistance.
Therefore it was decided to send him to a disciplinary court, to consider his crime, and give him the punishment he deserves. That will be a punishment for what he has done, and to deter those other staff who may be tempted to do the same. After the indirect questioning, and interrogation based on the files presented by his superiors, it was decided to sentence him as follows!
It was decides to discipline him by transfer to the headquarters, to learn there how to treat and discuss with those higher than him in post and influence. He has accepted the mater with an open heart, and implemented the transfer without grumbling and without complaint! His superiors were happy to get red of him, and to return to what they were used to, blocking the light and vision, from those under them. And from anyone thinking of progress, development, and even discussion.
Rather than being a punishment and a warning, it was a breath out and a vast and comfortable living. Away from no border work pressure, to the psychological comfort and tranquility. So he was praying to Allah, to extend the period of punishment and warning, and never returns the period of misery and ingratitude.
