The age of consent in Colorado is 17. Also, you can marry at 16 and 17 with a parent's consent, and 18 and over without. Since you're 17, and the age of consent is 17, it sounds like you should be okay.

Im already out of high school and ive know him for years now. but i live in colorado and i cant find out the marriage laws. like if me and him were living togather with the intention and permission to get married would he still get in trouble? thanks alot.

Are we talking about marriage or sex? If your mother consents for you to marry at the age of 17, you may do so. Marriage overrides statutory rape in most cases. Parental consent still would not override statutory rape charges if you are simply looking at having sex. You would have to look at the requirements in your states though, every state is different. On a completely other note, I don't know how long you've known this guy, but you may want to consider what a 25 year old would see in someone who is still in high school. I don't mean to be cruel, but even at 20, I can't imagine dating someone in high school...it's just a matter of being in completely different places in life.
