Honestly, all of my friends made out by age 12, around by me, ppl move really fast

inlove, you are old enough if you feel you are old enough. you are 13, and that is about the age a lot of people expeience first kisses and such. you been with him for a while, you care abotu him, so go for it! after all, its only kissing. just dont go all crazy and want to do eveything all at once. after all, why not treasure your time together and let it go as long as possible?
