I got ask out last night while I was chatting with this guy. It's not that I have nothing against online dating but we barely knew each other and I just think he ask me out so later I could have sex talk with him.

I think online dating is pointless. For someone who is serious about a realationship it might work if they dare 2 meet any of the creepy ppl they meet online. But cyber sex and roleplaying i think is just a bunch of ***** ppl who r desperate 4 sex and cant get any. I hate it when ppl ask me 2 cyber/roleplay. If u never see ur online bf/gf it seems pointless and where is the relationship going? nowhere thas where. Break up w/ the loser hes just wasting ur time and prolly has a different girl sleeping at his house every night and leaving in his clothes in the morning...

I think online relationships are bad... I mean if you met someone online he could be like 80 yrs. old & be a pervert. I think long distance reltionships are ok, but it's hard on the relationship.

When I moved to Florida from Georgia, it was hard on my boyfriend's and I relationship. I mean, I never got to see him, and it was basically long late night talks that had me tired in the morning. So, basically it fizzled and we broke up because it didn't feel like a relationship, it felt like we were keeping touch.

You might not be, but there's been plenty of people who have posted similar topics and have left personal ads on the site. I wasn't accusing you of trying to find a boyfriend online. I was just reminding everyone that this isn't a dating site.

First, it's dumb. It's not a real relationship.
Second, this is not a dating service.

I'm not really to comfortable with either one. On-line you really never know who it is your really yalking to (especially since there are so many sick people out there), and long disntant because you wouldnt really get to see that person very often. Though it said, when a person moves away, i think its better to switch the relatioinship, for just friendship. But thats just me. ByE bYe

i wouldn't recommend it becuz u never noe if the person on the other side is a good person or a sicko... unless you met the person somewhere before then exchanged sns or something... otherwise online dating isn't a good idea
