Okay,My friend was going out with this guy that we were both friends with and then she broke up with him.A little while after that he confessed that he liked me and he asked me out.I checked with my friend if it was okay and she said yes.I realized i didn't like him in that way.I just wanna know,is it okay to go out with a friend's ex even they approve?

If a friend makes it clear to you that she is totally fine with you dating her ex then it should not be a problem. However you need to keep in mind the reason the two broke up in the first placee. If they just did not like each other anymore or it just wasn't working then everything should be fine. But if there are deeper issues involved like serious emotions, unfaithfulness, or abusive behavior then it would be best if you didn't get involved. Make sure the guy is a good investment of your time before you invest time in him.

it's not wrong but it may feel a little awkward. However, your life shouldn't stop because of your friend's past relation with this guy so i agree... go for it!

is it wrong to go out with a friends ex even if they approve.hmm..i say go for it. I went out with my friends ex after she said she was cool with it and had no interest in him. But, why would you go out with him if you dont like him as a boyfriend?
