for the past 2 weeks ive noticed ive been fallowed home, to school, to my friends house, and sometimes i catch the person sitting in my driveway in the middle of the night. and it scares and ive told the cops and they say they cant do anything because i have no proof what should i do.

I love it put them all together good advise! And the walk back at him. where an ugly a.s.s. mask and maybe he will be blinded by the uglyness (?) make it fun!

u should try to maybe video tape him/her. u can maybe show it toi the police. just a suggestion.

first try to get the police into a little more. if they don't help get a camera record during the times this persons around like you said night while catch it a couple times and then go to the police they will then take action trust me it takes a while but soon it will work

I'VE GOT IT!!! First get a tazor, then when you seem him following you, turn around and walk towards him with the tazor behind your back. Get him a good one when you get close enough and then get a restraining order....

Get a stun gun or tazer! Then youcan laugh when they jerk around on the ground like a fish out of water. Plus you wont kill em!

if he kept doing that, one day, when he's following u, turn around and walk towards him. maybe that'll scare him.

the cops should b looking into. though they have no proof that he's stalking you, they also have no proof that he isnt. they should b looking into, and take it more seriously. you should try talking 2 some cop, and convince them that this person is stalking u.

Oh yea, when I said weapon, I didn't exactly mean a gun or something like that.

I was actually thinking about self-defense has a weapon. However, I didn't know if you would rather fight or just use a weapon so I put weapon in so you could make your own choice. But, I didn't mean weapon as in a sense that it has to be a gun or something like that. I was thinking about a bookbag filled with hard cover books and just smashing them with it. You know weapons that you could just figure out at home and it doesn't kill them but disable them from doing anything and no one would think you are using it as a weapon because it is so normal.

oh yea not to school. I should have made that more detailed, sorry. I meant outside of school. Don't even take it to the school grounds. You have enough protection already if you walk in groups during school, after school and before school or let someone take you places and pick you up from places.

Really I think you need to know how to fight better than carrry a weapon around. Then things might get blame onto you, you might put yourself in danger.

that's not the best idea...don't bring the weapon to school with you. be careful about bringing it to people's houses. weapons can cause a lot of trouble, especially if you're a minor.

like the people before me said, take some pictures, learn some self defense moves, vary your routes home. tell your parents, ask if they can pick you up from school. and be careful

alright, someone said use different ways to get home. This is a good idea, you should try to use as many different roots as possible, change them up everyday. This way it is hard for this person to know where you are going to be. Also tell your parents, and possibly get rides from them.

second, try not to go out alone, always try to have people around you. If this person intends on doing something, it will be much harder if other people are around. Be with as many people as you can.

third, carry a digital camera, a small one. If you see this person following you take a picture. If you have pictures of this person around you in multiple areas, it will provide good evidence for the police.

fourth, set up a video camera or web cam type deal to film your driveway at night, if this person shows, they will be on tape or disk. More good evidence for the police.

fifth, consider self defence classes like Karate

You most likely even with evidence will only be able to get a restraining order against this person. But it is better then nothing, at least if you see them near you, you can call the police.

If they hit you: Then pretend like they knocked you out. Fall to the floor. Eyes close and mouth close tightly. For a moment stop breathing so it could look more realistic.

He/she will probably do two differnet things when they see you on the floor

First they could:

come close to you to make sure your really out cold. When you feel something over you, open your eyes and grab the first body part you see. I think the head is the first thing you will see so grab it and pull it towards you. You pretty much have a good hold on him/her but this time, just do things from there. The only thing you should worry about is his/her hands so as soon as possible grab hold of those hands.

Second he/she could:

just stand up and look down at you laying on the floor. If he/she does that then grab his legs really fast and trip him/her and just go from there.

Oh yea, there's one more thing they could do:

They could become really mad because you were hand to handle in other words you were fighting back and they might kick you on your side while your down. If that happens when you feel the leg coming close to you, you grab it and just pull it over you. He/she probably will fall over you. When that happens roll over to the opposite side he/she is on and get up and just go from there.
