Something to think about...
Allowing women to purchase emergency contraceptives or, "Morning After pills, would reduce the amount of unwanted pregnancies and perhaps, the number of abortions. While President Bush is Pro-life, he will not allow women to purchase these pills without a prescription. However, he intends to put Viagra on Medicare. hmmm....

when my friends condom broke he just went to planned parenthood and they gave him a free morning after pill for his girlfriend. so if a woman is raped you can just go there i guess.

This enrages me! However, it IS Bush, so I really am not TOO suprised. But seriously, how sexist. Indirectly, of course, but still. Oh, and what if a woman is raped? What if she can't afford emergency contraceptives? What then? This is so unfair.

And you're surprised by this?

Btw, not only is Bush in his 50s but so are the majority of voters. Therefore, politicians tend to favor the older generations (those that vote) by dealing with Medicare and in effect Viagara more often than items more likely for younger generations such as the morning after pill.

LOL. Ah, Celtic. You're awesome.

Anyway, to state the obvious, Bush is against the Morning After pill because he believes it's a form of abortion. But if we go so far as to say that's a form of abortion, where does it end? At this rate, not having sex will be declared a form of abortion, and will be declared illegal.

And somehow, through writing this post, I convinced myself to vote Republican in '08.

And then, as the books were told, Fina replied: "A can of worms, my dear friend? What has this to do with reason?"

It's simple.

Bush must be in his 50's.

He can't get a....piece of wood...like he could when he was a teen.

So, he understand's mens's wanting Viagra. Thus, allowing Viagra or putting it on medicare.

However, he can't get pregnant, and his idiodicy doesn't help much either.

The good of this is, when these Viagra-ridden men die, there's a handle to pick them up from.

Put that on the list of hypocrisies, #324,435,234,705,162.
