Sounds like the typical "taxation is theft" diatribe, which is absolutely ridiculous.
In fact this sounds exactly like every other piece of libertarian fundamentalist writing; the perfect example is this statement "through intimidation, threats and coercion." Is this guy to much of a closet Libertarian to use the typical phrase "initiation of force"?
