Hey everyone:

Myself and a friend started a new site aimed at youth, much like youth noise, but not as crowded since we're new.. If you could please take a look at the site..offer suggestions, ideas, that'd be cool.

Also we need people who can write poetry, essays, take cool pics, etc.. so we can have material for the site..

Though I didn't find a ton of spelling issues, I have to agree that you guys need a better editor.

Well I consider it bashing when you use words like "Sucks" or when you say we haven't put a lot of time into the site.

It would have been a lot easier to say what you just posted without being rude. ALL you had to say to begin with was 1. a forum and 2. make the blog less confusing.

TO me that would have been more professional and easily understood rather then a long list of complaints. Suggestions and complaints are two different things. And thanks for clarifying what you meant by developing..that could have meant many of things.

I don't think you quite understand the original post: We just created the site and we are wanting people to send in stuff like pictures, essays, poetry, etc.

Uhh... I didn't consider myself bashing... My suggestions were implied.

1. Have a forum.
2. Make the blog less confusing to get to.

And as for my comment about developing, I meant that there weren't many graphics. And the pictures of the adolescents (which is questionable anyway) are weird. It's like, they're just standing there, they're not doing anything. That's not what kids are likely to agree with. Have pictures of people doing things: cleaning, talking, something. <--- See! Another suggestion!

hey thanks for the info..but i would like to say we have put a lot of planning into the site before we created last night..we obviously don't have a huge budget since we're starting out, that's why we're asking for suggestions, rather then bashing so we can try to improve things..a forum is up now in place of the blog.

Yea we're working on a forum..We created the site in about a day, which is pretty good.. But we do have a blog for random discussions.

You guys don't have a forum, which sucks big time. It looks okay, but it doesn't look like a lot has been put it developing the site.
