well, it's been a big say right here in the philippines that our president is trying on for a new form of government-that is- parliament...the big question is:will she be able to improve and change poverty and our flagging economy which by the way makes filipinoes decide to get out of the country and get a good life in other countries...yeah, we might be rich in natural resources but how can all filipinoes benifit from it when we don't even have the budget to make small businesses grow because of the still flagging economy?my say is...before they change anything else, they better change themselves first because i know that they would never be in their respective chairs without the vote of the people...and i do approve in their plan for parliament but they should change themsleves first...
