Congress and the House cannot increase their "control" of the president, no matter the gender.

Women in office...hell yeah. Women are strong and beautiful. Anyone who can sqeeze a something the size of watermelon out of something the size of a grape can get my vote. HA HA...But anyway if she knows what's she's talking about...I would vote for her.

okay, honey, obviously you dont much about delivering a baby...babys arent the size of a watermellon when they are born (unless its a small watermellon I guess) and the area where the women pushes out the baby isnt the size of a grape...lord have mercy...

so you proved them wrong about watermelons and holes the size of grapes. What do you think about a woman president?

Ok, have you seen what is going on? Have you not noticed how America is controlling EVERYTHING. There is no resistance from Europe. Maybe they would be trying to take over the world if they were confronting the U.S. or something but they aren't stopping anything that we do. Bush gets away with whatever he wants!

that would be a bad move for the republican party. America might be ready for a female president but it is not ready for a BLACK female president. i dont think times have changed that much there is still to much racial tensions in America.

Okay, first of all, that makes no sense at all! God never died, so that means that comment is obsolete, and God isn't black or white or brown or anything! God is a spirit, not a person, which means he is everything. Now, if you're talking about Jesus' death, then that makes a little more sense, although, of course there isn't proof that he turned black after he died. And, when he came to earth as man, he came as a Jew, and taking into account the area he came from, he probably had brown or black hair and darker skin.

Addressing the issue of a female president, THERE IS GOING TO BE ONE, SOONER OR LATER!!! If not before I get older, then when I graduate from college and after I run for Senate. I will be in the White House some day, so watch out! I'm going to make a mark on the world and change people's lives! Tssya!

I agree with NewWorldHippie on this one. I think that it would be great if a woman became president, and just as great if a black woman became president. I would also find it just as great if a black man or white man became president. The only thing that really matters is whether or not they are going to do a good job in office. It would certainly be a triumph for a woman to become president, but I think that feminists need to cool their jets. Don't just vote a woman into office in order to triumph over the men.
Vote for their ideas, not their gender.

I'm all for I female president (like Hillary), but I would never vote for Consoleezza just becasue she's a woman and she's black. I judge a presedential candidate on their issues and things, not their appearence and gender. and Rice said she wasn't going to run, or ever intended to run in the next election.

That doesn't mean we should encourage it, honeybunches.
