If you don't know, Jeanine Pirro is the current Westchester County, New York District Attorney. She decided yesterday not to run again for DA. Rumors are going around that she might run for Gov if Pataki doesn't run again or run for US senator against Clinton. Either way, she is going to run for another office. She is a republican. Pirro came to my school not too long ago saying that she was going to seek re-election. That is not the case. You might have seen her on the very conservative FOX News Channel. Now im not saying that she is a bad person. She has brought criminals to justice. I just am not sure if I can see her as NY gov or a US senator. What's your thinking?

I am a democrat, but let me just give you some info about NY: It is mostly rural. Those rural counties usually go republican with the cities, like NYC and Buffalo go democrat. Also, remember that there are others running for Senator from NY and will need to face Pirro in a primary.

Personally, I think Pirro is a joke. The Republican Party in New York is not as strong state-wide as say, the Republican Party in California. And with Mrs. Rodham Clinton's approval ratings in the high sixties in bluer-than-blue New York, they knew she couldn't be stopped from winning another term in the Senate. So they threw out someone who no one knew and who wouldn't embarrass them when they get beat. Because, if the Republicans were serious, they'd never run a pro-choice candidate. That's my take.

Speaking the truth in love,
Chris

"Where is page 10? Do you have page 10?" I still can not believe what she did.

Personally, I don't like either Pirro or Hillary. But that said, I'd prefer Pirro in senate than Hillary as president. I simply don't like Hillary Clinton.

I know it was reported in those liberal media sources. I was just saying that she appears a lot on FOX News as a guest.

It was also reported in the very liberal New York Times and the very liberal CNN.

Personally, I think almost anybody is better than Pataki.

Liberals prefer equality - all people should be equally poor, unsafe and badly-educated.
