Okay, FOX 25 News has a poorly crafted site and I cannot find any article, but last night they reported that some states are now considering a million dollar "lottery" incentive for people to vote in elections. One lucky voter would win a million dollars for using his or her rights. What do you think?

If people don't exercise their rights they should be deprived of them, you don't want to vote you don't have to be a citizen. You should have to earn citizenship some how. Like in Israel you can't vote with out a minimum of 2 years military service.

I would rather not have everyone out there voting.
