Tomorrow Iraqis will be risking their lives to vote in the country's first elections in many many years. In the most dangerous places, Iraqis will go to the polls to vote for their leader. Its great. This past President election brought getting the vote out campaigns. More American citizens did not vote than did. No violence, no bloodshed and more than half of Americans did not vote! My school district just had a vote on something. We are a small district. What percent of registered voters voted? Around 25%. The proposition passed by 56%. Some people said they didn't vote because it was simply "too cold" or "just didn't have the time" or "who cares?." I am not of voting age but I am very disapointed in American voters. What do you think?
