I lovemy grandma and grandpa but it's been atleast 65 years since they took their drives tests. Son't you think that they should have to retake them? They aren't the in the same condition they were when they were our age. It wouldn't be too much of a hastle and if they can stil drive well then they should be willing to take it. Idea: A new law to make it so elderly are required to re take drivers tests.

I agree that the elderly should have to take a road test in order to keep their licenses. The other day I almost got hit by an lol who was turning and she did not even turn her head to be able to see me. Then there was a little old man who was driving across the parking spots in the Panera lot and he almost hit me too. The worst of it is that their reaction times are much slower, so when they do get themselves in a bad situation (which, let's admit it, we all do at some point) it is up to the other car to react.

Old people really shouldn't drive. The speed limit in my neighborhood is 25 and I always manage to get stuck behind little old ladies that drive 5 miles an hour. It's annoying.
