Has anyone else noticed that the differences in Republican views and Democrat views are becoming greater and greater? I know we are all intitled to our own views and i am so thank full for that but the people who have been chosen to represent our views are going farther and arther away from what they believe and closer to what the people putting money in their pockets believe. not to mention how the different parties pretty much completely refuse to work together even if it is for the good of our country.

I think the break is getting bigger because the issues are becoming more polarized. For most people, it's nearly impossible to like someone who supports gay marriage when you hate it, or is pro-choice when you're pro-life. The differences between both parties are so big that they can't (or refuse to) find common ground. Is that a problem? You bet it is. A house divided against itself cannot stand, as Lincoln once said.
The more you know, the less you don't know.
