It's a tough call between Clinton and Carter being the worst, although LBJ was up there in many respects too. But Clinton definitely takes the cake as the worst president in history. Carter allowed terrorism and fundamentalism to gain power, but not only did Clinton allow it to flourish, but he did so many other horrible things. Unfortunately, he'll probably be remembered well (aside from the Monica thing) because the economy was doing well while he was in office, credit for which he absolutely does not deserve the slightest bit.
Liberals prefer equality - all people should be equally poor, unsafe and badly-educated.

I guess if we pull our troops out then they won't be over there to get shot. I love our troops, I respect our troops, but I do not think they need to be there. If they wanted our "help" so bad they wouldn't be killing them.
America has been over there for years! Even after the Gulf War we stayed. What was being done to prevent things from getting to the point that it is now?
We need to bring our troops home.
1-We are all born originals - why is it so many of us die copies? 2- Life is tough... it's tougher if you're stupid.

Perhaps I should have clarified. By "not a threat" I meant "not a threat to America".

I'll believe it when I see it.

First of all, nobody died for my freedom (in this war, at least). Many Americans died for the possibility of freeing the Iraqis, and I commend them for doing so. Please don't say I'm against the troops, because I'm not; I just don't much care for their Commander-In-Chief. As for the rest of it, they're pretty much living in anarchy right now. The question at hand is whether or not things will stabilize. And, even if things do stabilize, we had no right going over there in the first place. The entire invasion was based on incorrect intelligence. What it boils down to is that it is not our job to be the bullies of the world. A regime change has to come from a country itself. Also, note the many Iraqi citizens who are burning pictures of Bush along with Saddam. I think the general mood over there is they're trying to figure out which one they hate more.

"Bush Senior chose not invade Iraq because he realized that Saddam was not a threat and that we would have been stuck in this mess then. The UN had nothing to do with it."
no thats not why he didnt invade iraq. it WAS NOT on his agenda. he didnt realize saddam wasnt a threat. when the invaded they were six months off from making a nuclear bomb! he iddnt invae becuse it wasnt on his agenda. he knew it would be asking too much of the UN to take out a ruthless dictator. his only mission was to throw saddam out of kuwait.
"Oh, and those of you voting, are you ****ing stupid or something? How the hell can you believe that Clinton is a worse President than Carter?"
i must admit they ar etoo close to compare.
"You know what, I don't want to know. Ignorance and retardation being justified as legitimate **** me off. Learn history you jackasses, a bj is not worse than the stuff Carter blew.[/QUOTE]"

A stubborn idiot says: I never change my political beliefs on anything, no matter what new evidence might be presented to me. A wise and reasonable man says: I change my opion on subjects as new evidence is presented. A strong leader says: I never change my political beliefs on anything, no matter

Kerry has no plans to just desert Iraq; he just wants to approach it from a more cautious manner and try to get the U.N. involved. Even if the U.N. doesn't get involved, he still has no plans of just pulling out. In fact, under Kerry's plan, we won't pull out for many years yet.
And, just so you know, crazed Palestenian gunmen are angered by stereotypes.
