Articles of impeachment should be drafted at least.
President Bush should be brought up for war crimes, and anyone who voted for any undeclared military authorization post-WW II.
This should settle it real quick.

Ah, yes. Well, get Bill Clinton while you're at it. After all, he did launch a war against a nation that was engulfed in civil war without consulting the United Nation or even the Congress. He also lied about why he went to war, and we never found what we were looking for.
