http://www.nogaymarriage.com/tenarguments.asp

This is the site that you can find "ten reasons for no gay marriage." The reasons they list are absolutley absurd. They range from setting the table for polygamy (what does this have to do with gays??)to the impact on social security to this one, the most absurd of all:
"Foster-care parents will be required to undergo "sensitivity training" to rid themselves of bias in favor of traditional marriage, and will have to affirm homosexuality in children and teens."

Are you kidding me?!! You all should go through this and read it. The have to make up pathetic reasons because there really is no reason why gay marriage shouldnt be allowed. What do you think??

"It is white." —George W. Bush, asked by a child in Britain what the White House was like, July 19, 2001

Compassionate conservatism is an oxymoron. Bush is just a moron.

there is no doubt in my mind, that if bush had lived during other time periods, he would have been pro-slavery, pro-segregation, and anti-gay marriage....oh, wait......

hmmm, i find it funny that despite the wishes of the conservatives, the legalization of gay marriage, or the equivalent is inevitable, after all, these are they same people who argued for segregation and such.

Marriage never reamins in "the true reason of marriage", love dies, you realize your spouse farts and burps, and all you have is a bunch of kids screaming with a loaded diaper and house mortage.

But it was never proven that it was the Christians that set the fire. There are a few conspiracies pertaining to how it started, but Nero only let the "Christians started it!" get to him-or was it just an excuse to kill so many Christians? Hmm...

You're judging by calling it gross. But I suppose supporting gay marriage is good enough.

Yeah, the Romans only started killing Christians after they set about half of Rome on fire...

So you think apartheid was right too? And no liberty of religion?

If you're white, did minority rights affect you? Have women's rights affected you?

This is a matter of the government taking over people's personal matters as if they were its own. It's a human discrimination, and a rather stupid one.

This...
quote:
Making gay marriage illegal is a clear and simple violation of the Freedom of religion. Some religious orginizations DO celebrate gay marraige...It's completely and totally against our constitution to outlaw a form of religious practices

...by saying that homosexuality is a religious thing sometimes, contradicts this...

Wrong. That's part of their old-age fanatical mormon belief. Being gay is different.
