Judging from this election, the country is pretty divided on most of the issues.

A.) the economy
Increase taxes on those who are rich. Basically we need to invest our money into rewarding those people in the states and preventing outsourcing.

B.) The occupation of Iraq
I think that we need to get this job done quickly. Many of our people have been on extended tours of duty, we are investing billions into Iraq. Perhaps we need to start pulling *some* of the people out.

C.) Abortion
Abortion should remain legal. It is the mother's choice. I hope that it is not banned all together.
D.) Gay Rights
This is one of the America's greatest spots of ignorance. Gay marriage should be legalized, or at least the couples should be recognized and given all 1049 benefits of a married couple.
E.) Our World Popularity
Our "popularity". Well I don't think that its a popularity contest but we do need to make decisions that will earn us respect. People don't forget so easily, so I don't think you can change it so quickly.
F.) Other over-seas military ventures
Until our numbers in Iraq have decreased, nothing. We are overextended already, but after that we must have the money and we must use force only if the country asks us to intervene, or the people truly pose an imminent threat to our security.
G.) The national debt
A few trillion shouldn't be too much should it?

H.) Conservation of natural resources
Do not drill for oil in Alaska....Frown

I.) Education
Properly fund the schools and then we'll see what we can do.
J.) Stem-Cell Research
Fund it. Life saving reasearch, in my opinion, is very important.
K.) Evolution/Ceationism in schools
Evolution is a proven fact and therefore should be taught. Creationism is not proven and religious in nature, therefore it should not be taught.

Now that Bush is in office once more:

A. downhill
B. Bush'll realize Iraq was a mistake when all the soldiers die
C.Forget it
D. Gays are immoral and deserve nothing!
E. You have none, at least of the good sort
F. Being Puerto Rican, we managed to kick you off out of one of our islands.
G. I don't know
H. He doesn't care about nature.
I. American students need a better education. Being in Russia, kids here are much more learned than all the Americans kids I've met.
J. He won't do anything with that either.
K. I don't know how this affects schools.

That whole speech on uniting was pure CRAP! Bush wants us to be as divided as ever. Anyway: a) Increase taxes or cut the tax breaks for the wealthy. Stop spending so much and get some self-control.
B)Try to stabalize Iraq in itleast 2 years or less. I know it's a big goal but you have to finish what you started.
C)Leave abortion alone. I may not agree with it but I'm not going to stop a woman from getting an abortion. I don't think it's murder either. I don't blame anyone from getting an abortion. I really only agree with abortion if the woman was raped, it was incest or pregnancy jeapordizes her health or life. Even if a woman obtains an abortion not under any of those circumstance, oh well. The world will NOT end.

D) Gays and lesbians should be allowed to marry. They should have the same rights as everyone else. It's not special rights, just equal. Gays and lesbians pay taxes and they pay more than heterosexual couples too. It's just not fair.

E)I don't know what to do about that one. **Shakes head**

F) We should only go over seas when NECESSARY.

G)We can slowly pay off our debts once we do away with the tax cuts to the rich and increase taxes for about...10 to 15 years.

H) We should have more solar and wind power. We should have more hyrbird cars and solar powered cars. If more automobile companies made solar cars, the cost would go down. Also, there should be more pathways who want to bicycle or maybe even walk to work.
Plus, we should get the message out to more people to conserve electricity. I hate it when people just leave lights and lamps on when no ones in the room or if someome leaves a tv on and they don't plan to be in the room for more than 15 minutes.

So much is to be done.

There should also be more separation of church and state. What if Muslims wanted more of their values put into our legal system? What if we were restricted from not eating pork?
Wouldn't that get some people angry...

Peace.

Decreases taxes. Sure it has a seemingly bad short term effect upon our national debt, but the long term benefits could actually mean more money for me you and uncle sam

Oh please do explain this when Bush is planning on cutting taxes even though his deficit is climbing and he's asking congree for 71 billion in winter for Iraq? Oh please I would be so amused by your explanation for this.

A.) the economy: Increase taxes and stop spending so spazzing much. If we don't pay as we go, future generations are ultimately screwed (Yes that measn US!!!). You can't continue to spend money you don't have. That's pure stupidity. This is the biggest flaw in Bush's strategy.

B.) The occupation of Iraq: We need to get out of there as soon as possible. It was never our place to be there. Yes we can occupy tons of territory in Iraq, but that doesn't mean you can grab hold of the people's minds. I do admit that we can't just abandon Iraq since that'd just be immoral, but once something is set up, we need get out.

C.) Abortion: I have no right to say what another woman does with her own body (and no it is not the same thing as murder since abortion affects the woman in question while in the case of murder, well murder is just pointless)

D.) Gay Rights: Again it is not place to meddle in other people's choices. Gays should be allowed to do what they want to do. They're not sub human for liking the same gender. Religious institutions need to tell people that.

E.) Our World Popularity: It won't change. However the better we do ourselves, the better our popularity.

F.) Other over-seas military ventures: Unless a country asks for help AND we have the resources to help, don't go. The positioning of troops all around the world is not increasing our security as seen by 9/11. Its also costly.

G.) The national debt: What I said in A and we need to change where government money goes. Our priorites are all wrong right now. Let's see... should our OWN taxes go to our needs first or the people who don't even want our help in Iraq???

H.) Conservation of natural resources: Make this a priority in spending. Instead we're currently wasting too much money on trying to get other fossil fuels. It we fund research into alternative fuel sources, we'll get a more self sufficient method of obtaining energy faster.

I.) Education: First off, no more of this threatening to cut off all public funding unless a school provides the military with student info (which is part of Bush's No Child Left Behind if you research into it). I think that education is a priority in our nation currently and I say we reform it slightly, but otherwise, the funding and such is plenty.

J.) Stem-Cell Research: Fund it. If something can be used to improve the quality of other's lives then go for it.

K.) Evolution/Ceationism in schools: A school that wants to teach creationism should at least teach both. The fact is that evolution is the more modern thinking and you can't just keep people hidden from an alternate thought on how man came about.

Plus imagine this scenario: A kid from a school that teaches only creationism goes to a nice state college and takes a bio class. He'll definitely be behind simply because he hasn't been taught about an alternate theory. If religions feel so insecure that people will stop trusting the bible because of creationism, I say that they need to let these people go. A belief is a belief. You can believe it or not based on the truth that everyone is entitled to.

A) Decreases taxes. Sure it has a seemingly bad short term effect upon our national debt, but the long term benefits could actually mean more money for me you and uncle sam

B) Continue to work with Iraqi government to improve its institution untill they are strong enough to defend and law enforce themselves.

C) Overturn Roe v Wade

D) Let the states decide

E) Nothing; in fact we should pull out of the UN as they have had a bad history of not promoting democracy (ex: USSR getting two votes; and in present days the condemming of Bush more than Saddam)

F) (could you give me an example of an American over-seas venture)

G) See A

H) Promote the hydrogen car and we should be safe on that issue

I) I don't know if there is an answer, as it is the parents job to encourage a child to learn, and if the child doesn't want to learn, they are not going to learn.

J) Use adult stem cells; Not considering the use of (human) embronic stem cells untill sucess can be acchive with rodents an other labratory animals

K) Let States Decide

A.) Continue to support the entreprenural class. This equals more innovation, more small buisness, and and more new jobs. We also need to work on some way to increase the average income in this country so that middle class families can afford to have one parent stay home with the children again. This however really isn't a job that I think the government can impose upon the citizenry. We need a shift in the general attitude of some of the major employers.

B.) Continue to support secularist democracy in the region and absolutely CRUSH any opposition. We can't allow insurgents to destabalize the nation further. Think about it, if any small groups of radicals took over a town here, we'd be in there rooting them out ASAP.

C.) Ban Partial Birth Abortion outright, no exceptions. Discourage other abortions and limit state funding. Require parental notification when minors have abortions. If you need a parent to go to an R rated movie or get a tatoo, then you should need one for a major operation like an abortion.

D.) Leave this one up to the states. We're far too divided on the issue to attempt a federal decision at this point. Perhaps a federal law creating legal unions, but that might be pushing it.

E.) Our world popularity is generally caused not so much by our arrogance, but is rather enflamed by it. In the end the root cause is still caused by conflicts between social structure and the struggles between socialism, facism, and liberalism. That said, we'll try and convince everyone, but those who fight against us and turn away should NEVER expect to reap the benefits of something they opposed and did not participate in.

F.) Solidify our positions around the world and stay ready for other threats that may arise. Prepare for possible wars with NK, Iran, Syria, or Saudi Arabia. DO not instigate these regions, simply let them know they will loose and loose terribly if they attack us.

G.) Cut spending as much as possible and pass major reform bills. We're overtaxed and we're not getting our money's worth in government. That said, right now we're going to have to suck up some debt right now because, short of cutting out major social programs, we're not going to break even. We need to support military campaignes, intelligence agencies, and maintain our native country all at the same time.

H.) Protect water supplies and make sure new foresting laws are not abused. Ban 2 stroke engines and the like in national parks. This includes all your nice little jet ski's and ATVs. Work to prevent erosion from farmland. Fund REAL alternative engergy options, like thermal depolymerization, and other fusion efforts, particularly ones involving the rekindled possibility of cold fusion, or Helium 3 fusion.
