I am doing a piece for YN on youth and politics. I'm not going to give away my theses yet but look forward to many polls so I can get an idea of our demographs

My father voted for Bush to see him "finish the job he started." I couldn't vote. I probably wouldn't have, even if I had been of age. Instead of wasting a vote voting for someone I despise or someone I didn't care for, I'd just exercise my right to not vote in that particular election. And then I wouldn't complain like a little bitch at the results like the majority of Americans too fuckin' lazy to vote.

I was able to vote, and I voted for Bush. No regrets. Why no regrets? Because I expected him to be exactly where he was. Totally powerless and a lame duck. Where he is now, he can't cause any long term damage. Kerry on the other hand could implement moronic social reforms that would further cripple our tax system and government budget. I stand by my vote of picking the turd sandwich over the giant douchebag. Hopefully next election we'll be better off. Go Rudy.

I can't vote, because I'm not a Citizen of the US. Not to add to the fact that I was underage to vote.

I was so annoyed I couldn't vote. Argh. It's not as if one more vote would have kept Bush out of office, but it would have felt nice to actually say, "Don't blame me, I voted for Kerry."

I wish I could vote, they better watch out in 08, because I shall become the thing they fear most! the informed young adult voter!

I didn't vote in 2004. I missed it by like 10 months. I have voted ever since I registered (except the school board one where I didn't support either candidate). I registered 3 days before my 18th birthday when I was at SOS getting my driver's license. Anyone care to venture a guess as to what card I was more psyched to have for my purse?
