Most restaurants are accommodating—all you have to do is ask. Arby’sLunch/Dinner:
- MarketFresh Veggie Sandwich
- Any specialty Salad can be ordered without meat (I recommend the Santa Fe Chicken one without the chicken)
Burger KingLunch/Dinner:
- Veggie Burger Meal
Culver’sLunch/Dinner:
- Grilled Cheese Value Basket
- Any specialty salad can be ordered without meat
- Various sides mixed together—i.e. cheese curds and coleslaw
McDonald’sBreakfast:
- Bagel and Cream Cheese
- Cinnamon Roll
Lunch/Dinner:
- Any specialty salad can be requested sans meat
- Deluxe Grilled Cheese Meal—known to McDonald’s workers as a two cheeseburger meal without the meat
Noodles and CompanyLunch/Dinner:
- Almost every dish. They have them labeled.
Subway Lunch/Dinner:
- Veggie Sandwich—made anyway you like.
Taco bellLunch/Dinner:
- Bean burrito
- 1/2 pound cheesy bean and rice burrito
- Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes
- Caramel Apple Empanada (more desert, but can be combined with bean burrito or cheesy fiesta potatoes)
- 7-Layer Burrito
- Nachos
- Pintos ‘N Beans
- Mexican Rice
- Cinnamon twists
Wendy’sLunch/Dinner:
- Baked Potatoes—either broccoli/cheese or sour cream/chive (Available only at select restaurants)
Those are the ones I know off-hand. If you have any to add, feel free.

Not fast food, but Applebees has some vegan items if you tweak your order a bit. My brother orders a steak fajita with no steak or cheese, if I remember right. Mexican, Thai, Indian, and Chinese places also tend to have a decent vegan selection, in my limited experience.
Those who profess to favor freedom and yet depreciate agitation are men who want crops without plowing up the ground, they want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the roar of its many waters. Frederick Douglass
