I used to have extreme OCD, but I grew out of it by mid-middle school. I was diagnosed about 6 years ago with clinical depression and this last year with schizophrenia. Heh, irony is when you actually do have voices speaking to you.
I like these calm little moments before the storm.

quote: don't know much about manic depression, actually
If it is what I believe it to be in Spanish, it's a tad like mood swings. Very strong, frequent ones... Is there a medical (I mean like a pill) treatment for OCD?

I don't know much about manic depression, actually. But OCD is when you feel you must do something over and over, to make it feel just right. You must wash your hands (never had that one) constantly, check the lights, stove, candles, etc. often dozens of times (I had that one), worried about sinning (yep), or afraid that you have hurt somebody, even if it is a plane crash in another state (had that one, though not as severe as the plane crash). If you want to know more, just let me know. What exactly is manic-deression? Could you guys tell me?

One of my friends has manic-depressive disorder. It's kinda hard to deal with him. Obsessive compulsive disorder I don't know much of.

There are many people who think that I have over-empathetic issues. That's when you feel like anything that happens to anybody is your fault. I have a manic-depressive dad and a manic-depressive sister. Manic-depressiveness is a form of bi-polar.
Just because nobody understands you, that doesn't mean you're artistic.

Hey, obcessive compulsive disorder is a big problem in adolescents. I've been through it and believ me, it is hell. I was actually considering making a thread like this.
