okay. getting a breast implant when you've got one boob -- i can see where they're coming from. getting a breast implant when you've got two perfectly round Acups -- i just don't understand that. i'm a 32c / 34b with a 5' frame. sometimes i wish they were smaller, but it doesn't give me any back or health problems. unless you're deformed or in need of cosmetic reconstruction from a devastating illness, i don't think you should be altering your body. you should be happy with what you're born with.
I think that you should have the surgery for medical purposes only. But have you ever heard of that bra thing that are actually artificial breasts? One woman didnt even want to deal with the cancer and she had them taken off, then used one of those bras to make it look like they were real. Pretty interesting....
It is essential that justice be done, and it is equally vital that justice not be confused with revenge, for the two are wholly different. OSCAR ARIA
So what about women who have had breast cancer and no longer have one breast, is it okay for them to get an implant to match? Why would this be an exception?
Because then they'd be diformed (or whatever you wanna call it) which isn't normal.
Personally, I'd get a tattoo in that case, but I think breast implants for that is reasonable.

Appearance shouldn't matter but like Celtic said, appearance does matter. That's the first and last thing we see in any and every person. If you don't want to look "different" and "ugly", you can handle the pain and the cost, then there is nothing left to do but to just do it. I am talking about any plastic surgery not just breast enlargements.
The whole thing is to "approve" yourself in a sense that you can withstand who you are so it's really up to the person.
I said before that you shouldn't do it for guys but most likely people who do it are not really doing it for themselves at all, they are most likely doing it for other people so they can feel accepted.
I don't really hear girls wanting to enlarge their breast for no other reason than for other people but I could be wrong.
Has anyone seen that beer commercial with the girl and two guys on the beach...and the girl says there plastic and wonderful...refering to the beer cans...kinda funny

1. Its incredibly shallow (It gets a guy's attention for the WRONG reasons) 2. Its incredibly expensive (I can go to Hawaii on a cruise for what women spend on their boobs) 3. Its not like those of us w/ small boobs will see them get bigger. If we get pregnant, they grow bigger naturally.
Grown-ups never understand anything for themselves, and it is tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them. -Antoine de Saint-Exupery
Some people have conditions....skin conditions....Treacher Collin's syndrome...etc... and I don't care what any of you say, appearance DOES matter.
Plus, some people, even if they're fine and without conditions, are just flat out terrifyingly ugly.
It's worse if you have a personality equal to that of Satan's wife whilst having post-partum depression and PMS combined.
Back on breasts enlargements....I don't care if you get one. Your life. If you decide to place a quartet of breasts on your head, I don't care. Your money, your life.
But it's impractical, painful, uncomfortable, and carries risks. You never fully recover from breats enlargement surgery... the sheer weight of C's on a very petite frame or DD's on any woman is enough for serious bra strap problems and back pains. And you'll have ugly scars.
On a side note, if you get bigger boobs, don't get offended when some guy oogles at you or something; 95% of the reason you got them done was so that you would LOOK better.

I actually kind of agree with her, AMF. Just because I'm not a big fan of plastic surgery itself (unless for health reasons/medical problems). If having larger breasts is the largest of your problems, then your life is treating you pretty fairly.
A cool saying I heard a girl say this year: Don't call yourself fat because you're criticizing God's work. I really liked that.

Anything FAKE is not beautiful. It may be pleasing to the eyes, but it isn't beautiful.
What is beautiful is being natural.
Think about this: Why do some girls have breat enlargement and yet, when a guy looks at them in a sexual way, they complain and call the guy a pervert. Ironic huh?
