Not fast food, but Applebees has some vegan items if you tweak your order a bit. My brother orders a steak fajita with no steak or cheese, if I remember right.

Mexican, Thai, Indian, and Chinese places also tend to have a decent vegan selection, in my limited experience.

mmm 7-layer burito gosh you made me hungry. You also forgot bakers. And some chinese food resturants.
