Just wondering if anyone is truly aware of this crisis?

Millions of people all around the world are starving everyday. Mostly due to Famine and extreme poverty. Many of these people are not receiving any relief, and families are watching their loved ones waste away to a painful death and they can do nothing about it.

Even if you do it just once, it doesn't cost much to fed someone... I personally donate to World Vision, but there are many Charities that work to help the starving around the world.

I agree with both of you. World hunger can be ended. What can we do to end hunger? I am sure someone has an idea to help at least some of the world's hungry people. If you want to develop your idea into an organization, youthventure can help you get started. www.youthventure.org will give youth, 12-20, up to $1000 to create their own organization that helps a community. I can't think of a better cause. Feeding hungry people is so important.

Well, technically, 'world hungar' is less of an issue than 'world hunger,' but you're very right that it is an issue that we can fix.
