Well this up and coming year i plan to excell atheletically just as well as I excelled academically last year. Now dealing with this my mom tells me that to prepare I will have to eat healthy and start drinking milk.I HATE white milk!! It tastes so blan!!! I won't drink it unless it has strawberry syrup in it. But I feel that strawberry syrup is to sugary. So with that in mind does milk have anything to do with you playing sports?

Yea either take the supliments or put (a little less) chocolate or starberry syrup in it. It's still just as healthy for you, and you'll burn the excess sugar off quickly anyway, doing sports... it's not like milk doesn't have sugar in it anyway.

Milk is a great, convienient way to take care of your skin, eyes, and bones. It also helps to buld mussle and burn fat, which should be great for sports. There are other ways to do these things, but it's just not as convienient as drinking milk.

What's wrong with milk? Unless you're lactose intolerant, it's not gonna kill you.

Take calcium supplements... geez why do people still live in the 1900's, you can go to GNC or your local drug store and pick up everything you need in pill form which is twice as potent than if you were to take anything in gallon form.

Your mom is wrong, you need to be taking ginkgo biloba if you want to do better in sports and school, also coffee works wonders aswell. If you drink a cup of coffee before sports, you will become more alert and be able to last longer.

I'm not saying drink a gallon of coffee because its bad for you and have the opposite effects.

Drink orange juice enriched with calcium. That's what I do- I don't drink milk but orange juice still gives you the same amount of calcium or more. Calcium builds strong bones which are obviously important to sports.

don't drink milk the night before a game. The lactates will build up in your muscles and give you cramps, as well as give you one of those SO FLIPPING STIFF AND CONTORTING IN PAIN ON THE GROUND UNTIL YOU BEG TO BE SHOT LIKE A RABID DOG kindof feelings.

or you could not run the four hundred meter hurldes...

Vanilla milk is good. I don't know about sports, but milk gives you strong bones.
