I read this article about there being a gastric bypass pill. If taken 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you will get a "full" feeling as if you just ate a half-pound steak. I don't by this and I think that it's just another attempt at making money off of a million dollar industry. I have the link right here if anyone chooses to look at it. I just want to know what you guys think on this issue.

The Dexatrim is an appetite suppressant and apparently works really well. I haven't tried it though, because I have heard really terrible things about pills that make you feel full - some have even been linked to permanent nervous system problems and death.

I wouldn't take a diet pill. We're too obsessed with weight these days. We should all just eat better.
