Could be. Its not my argument, its what someone else would say. I've actually heard people say that before. So no its probably not the stupidest thing you've ever heard. Also if you read my whole post you could have gotten where I was coming from.

I'm sorry if it came across that way but I knew that wasn't your opinion. I was just commenting on that one argument. I wasn't connecting you to it.

There is a debate over this, because some people would think that it is against the constitution to ban the use of phones while driving. While others like me would think that driving with a cell phone, and getting into accidents breaks the core democratic law pursuit of happiness, because someone is getting hurt. The law should not be placed for just teens though, it should be for all who drive, and use a cell phone. Or maybe the law should be that anyone under the age of 21 shouldn't be able to use a cell phone while driving, because the brain is not fully developed till then, and people over the age of 21 studies show since there brains are more developed make better decisions.

I don't understand why there is even any debate over this. Talking on your cell phone while driving is dangerous and should be illegal for anyone to do it. It's really black and white. I find it to be absurd that its not illegal already. If the phone call is so important that it can't wait then pull over. If its not important wait.

good point. but did you hear about that girl who killed the five people in the car because she was trying to text. I think that it would mostly apply to teenagers because teens are the ones who i see that are texting the most.
