is providing free needles to the drug addicts helps the society?
personally,i think we giving them licensed to involved in drugs.they think is okay for them to take drugs.
where the goverment get this money to provide those needles?obviously,they get it from the tax we pay.so i guess we pay those taxes to provide pleasure to drugs addict and not improve our society.
