as far as we concerned, there are many new coming and beautiful personality of Hollywood celebrities nowadays. many of teenagers are attracted with their body figure which is 'skinny type', and struggling to get the same figure as them and they become an aneroid due to the starvation. in the recent article which i read in some magazine, it was told that many of the young celebrities make it as a trend to be slim or thin!some of them are proud in their 90pounds of weight.this type of body had became as a master status for them. same goes with the young generation today, they made the celebrities are the main followers, without think it is good or bad in return. whatever it is, just proud of yourself and dont think by starving yourself, can solve your problems.

Yes, I agree. Eating disorders aren't just something where a person wants to look like another person, there is a lot more to it. Usually there is something going wrong with their life and they need control. To get control, they restrict food or purge, etc.

Great point. Eating disorders are mental disorders and have to be handled that way.

Celebrities don't cause eating disorders in teenage girls... but I do think they have increased girls unhealthy obsessions with their bodies. Many girls aren't aware of how much time it takes for celebs to make themselves look the way they do. They don't realize that it's unrealistic for them to look that way.
